Ingredients
  

For the Marinade:

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Kashmiri chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

For the Kababs:

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 green bell pepper cut into chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper cut into chunks
  • 1 onion cut into wedges
  • Vegetable oil for brushing

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix all marinade ingredients. Add chicken and coat thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Thread marinated chicken, bell peppers, and onions onto skewers.
  • Brush skewers lightly with vegetable oil.
  • Grill 10–15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is fully cooked and vegetables are tender.
  • Serve hot with mint chutney or naan.
