For the Croissant Dough:
- 1 cup(125 g) all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter cubed
- 1/4 cup(50 ml) ice water
- 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
For the Strawberry Filling:
- 1 cup fresh strawberries sliced
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp strawberry jam optional
For Finishing:
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 egg yolk
- Granulated sugar for topping
