  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese freshly grated is best
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste

  • Melt Butter and Sauté Garlic: In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium-low heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly. The goal is to soften the garlic and make it fragrant without letting it brown, as burnt garlic can become bitter.
