Ingredients
  

  • 10 oz package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake for 15–20 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
  • Serve warm with keto-friendly dippers.

Notes

  • For richer flavor, use full-fat versions of cream cheese and mayo.
  • Add sun-dried tomatoes, cheddar, or crispy bacon for variation.
  • Pair with cucumber slices, celery sticks, or almond crackers for keto dipping.
