4-6ozchilled sparkling white grape juicesparkling cider, or club soda

Instructions
Make the Peach Puree: In a blender, combine the peeled and pitted peach with the lemon juice. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth. If you’re using frozen peaches, you can add a splash of water to help the blending process.
Add Sweetness (Optional): Taste the puree. If your peach isn't very ripe or you prefer a sweeter drink, add a little agave or simple syrup and blend again.
Assemble the Drink: Pour about 2-3 tablespoons of the peach puree into the bottom of a champagne flute or a wine glass.
Top with Sparkling Beverage: Gently top the puree with the chilled sparkling beverage, stirring lightly to combine. Garnish with a fresh peach slice or a raspberry and serve immediately.
Notes
The peach puree can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
