Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cubed seedless watermelon chilled
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp agave or simple syrup optional
  • For the rim: 1 tbsp coarse salt
  • Garnish: A lime wedge and a small watermelon slice

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Glass: Rub the lime wedge around the rim of your serving glass. Pour the coarse salt onto a small plate and dip the rim of the glass into the salt to create a salted rim. Set the glass aside.
  • Blend the Ingredients: In a high-speed blender, combine the chilled watermelon cubes, fresh lime juice, and optional agave or simple syrup.
  • Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth. If you prefer a slushie consistency, you can use frozen watermelon chunks or add a handful of ice cubes.
  • Pour and Serve: Pour the virgin watermelon margarita mixture into the prepared glass. Garnish with a lime wedge or a small watermelon slice on the rim, and serve immediately.

Notes

For a richer flavor, you can use a small amount of watermelon juice from a carton instead of fresh watermelon.
