Ingredients
  

  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 10-ounce package chopped frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 14-ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, spinach, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate the dip for at least 2 hours before serving. Serve cold with crackers, bread, or vegetables.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use full-fat sour cream and mayonnaise.
  • Substitute Parmesan with Romano if needed.
  • Make ahead and store in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving.
  • Pairs well with crackers, sliced baguette, or fresh veggies.
