- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 onion finely chopped
- 1 tomato finely chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon coriander seeds ground
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup oil for frying
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the oil and mix well.
Add the egg and mix thoroughly again.
Shape the mixture into flat patties (3-4 inches wide).
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Fry each kabab for 3–4 minutes per side until fully cooked.
Serve hot with naan or roti and chutney or yogurt.
