Ingredients
  

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and halved
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped turkey
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives

Instructions
 

  • Cut the boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks.
  • Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, salt, and black pepper.
  • Stir in the chopped turkey and chopped chives.
  • Spoon the filling back into the egg white halves.
  • Sprinkle with paprika or cayenne pepper, if desired.
