For the Meat:
- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into thin strips
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For the Sauce:
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic minced
- Salt to taste
For the Wrap:
- 4 large lavash flatbreads
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped tomato
- 1/2 cup chopped lettuce
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
Marinate the Meat: In a bowl, mix all meat ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
