Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise light version optional
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon anchovy-free Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Let all ingredients come to room temperature.
  • In a blender or food processor, combine mayonnaise, mustard, garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
  • Slowly add olive oil while blending to emulsify.
  • Add Parmesan cheese and pulse until incorporated.
  • Serve over romaine lettuce and enjoy!
