Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices thick-cut turkey pastrami
  • 2 slices rye bread (marbled or pumpernickel recommended)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons sauerkraut drained and squeezed
  • 2 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced Granny Smith apple
  • 2 dill pickles thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Instructions
 

  • Generously spread Dijon mustard on both slices of rye bread.
