Ingredients
  

  • 12 mini brioche or slider rolls
  • 1 pound cooked lobster meat chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped chives
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Step 1: Prepare the Lobster Salad

  • In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, celery, chives, and dill. Season with salt and pepper. Add chopped lobster meat and gently mix.
