Kebab Pizza Recipe

- 1 ball pizza dough (homemade or

- 300g sliced kebab meat (chicken

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
Use parchment paper to line a baking sheet.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a
12-inch circle on a surface lightly sprinkled with flour. Transfer to the
prepared baking sheet.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly
over the pizza dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edge.
- Top with the kebab meat,
shredded mozzarella cheese, red onion, and green pepper.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes,
until the cheese becomes bubbly and melted and the crust is golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped fresh
parsley and optional feta cheese crumbles, garlic sauce, or hot sauce.
