Easy Mini Hawaiian Rolls Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 cup warm milk (110°F to 115°F)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
Instructions:
- Put warm water, sugar, and yeast in a large bowl and leave for 5 minutes until the yeast becomes foamy.
- Stir in the butter, granulated sugar, eggs, flour, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
- Put the dough on a surface lightly sprinkled with flour and knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.

- Punch down the dough and divide it into 24 equal pieces. Roll each piece in the shape of a ball, then bring a baking pan 9x13 inches grease it with butter, and put it in it.
- Cover the baking pan with plastic wrap and let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes, or until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Bake the rolls until golden brown or for 15-20 minutes.
- Let the rolls cool slightly before serving.
